ANDRÉ TESSIER
President & CEO

Mr. Tessier is a Professional Engineer and Geologist, involved in the mineral exploration and mining industry since 1986, including 12 years as Director, President and CEO of publicly traded Junior companies.

Mr. Tessier started his career as Exploration Manager of the Quebec exploration office for Cominco Ltd in Noranda.  He subsequently became geological consultant to the industry with clients from both the major and junior sectors in Canada, South and Central America and Central Asia.  In 2003, Mr. Tessier was appointed President, CEO and Director of Murgor Resources Inc.  a position he held until 2015 when Murgor successfully merged with a Toronto-based junior exploration company.

During his tenure at Murgor, the company raised over $38M through equity financing and asset value-creation (i.e. acquisition – value addition – monetization).   Before joining Delta, Mr. Tessier was employed by the Ontario Geological Survey (2016-19) and was an adjunct Professor at Queen’s University in Kingston (2018-19).

Some of his technical achievements include the discovery of Zones 43 and 45 at the Barry gold deposit in Quebec (1995-96), Zones 11, 17 and 54 at the Windfall Gold Deposit in Quebec (2003-04), directing the exploration team that doubled the resource of the Hudvam & Wim Cu-Au deposits in Manitoba (2007-08), and the recent discovery of the Delta-1 Gold Deposit in Ontario (2022).

Mr. Tessier obtained his Engineering degree at Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and his MSc in Economic Geology at Queen’s University in Kingston.

NATHALIE LAURIN
CFO, Corporate Secretary

Nathalie Laurin has over 30 years of experience in administration and accounting. The experience gained through working in various roles with increasing responsibilities, primarily in the natural resources sector, has given her a solid mastery of finance and project management.

Since 2006, she has acted as corporate secretary and/or chief financial officer for several companies, most notably mineral exploration companies, including Critical Elements Lithium Corporation, Delta Resources Limited, MPV Exploration Inc., Quebec Precious Metals Corporation and BlackRock Metals.

FRANK CANDIDO
Chairman

Frank Candido has worked as an independent financial consultant since 2003. Mr. Candido led the transformation at Delta Resources Limited through a name change, the selection of a new management team, a new technical team and a re-vamped Board of Directors.

Mr. Candido is currently the managing partner at Direct Financial Strategies and Communications Inc., a company that he founded in 2006 and which specializes in the financing/consulting of private and publicly listed micro-cap and small cap companies as well as providing ongoing public and investor relations services. Mr. Candido is a graduate of Concordia University with a BA in Economics and McGill University with a Graduate Diploma in Finance.

Dr. KEVIN B. HEATHER
Lead Director (1, 2, 3, 4*)§

Dr. Kevin B. Heather is an economic geologist with more than 35 years of field experience in North and South America. He was a founding member of both Antares and Regulus and directed the exploration that led to the discovery of the high-grade Haquira East deposit in Southern Peru.

Haquira East deposit was sold to First Quantum Minerals in December 2010 for C$650 million. His professional credentials include a BSc. (honours) degree in Geology from UBC in 1982, a MSc. degree in Geology from Queen’s University in 1985, and a PhD. degree from the University of Keele in 2001. Dr. Heather is currently the Chief Geological Officer (CGO) for Regulus and Aldebaran and is the QP (FAUSIMM) responsible at a corporate level for overseeing the technical aspects of both company’s exploration activities. During his career Dr. Heather has been involved with several discoveries and has worked on various world-class ore deposits including the El Indio Au-Ag-Cu Mine (Chile), the Pascua-Lama Au-Ag deposit (Chile-Argentina), and the Au-Ag Cerro Vanguardia Au-Ag deposit (Patagonia, Argentina).

SARA PAQUET, MBA
Director (1*, 2, 3) §

Ms Paquet has been involved in the mineral exploration industry since 2007 and is currently leading the sales division of the world leader in diamond drilling tools, as Global Sales Director at Fordia, a division of Epiroc.

She has global experience in international sales, distribution, purchasing, logistics, and human resources. She has worked and studied in Mexico, France, China and England and is fluent in English, French & Spanish.

During her international experience, she worked in particular as Regional Sales Manager at Hilti in Great Britain which supplies the worldwide construction industry with products, systems and services.

Ms Paquet is a graduate of UQAM-HEC (Montreal, Canada) with a BA in Communication and Management and an MBA from Hult International Business School (Shanghai, Dubai, London).

JUSTIN REID
Director (1, 2*, 3*, 4) §

Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 25 years of experience focused exclusively on the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with the Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner.

Mr. Reid also became senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. He acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014. Currently, Mr. Reid is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Troilus Gold Corp. (“Troilus”). He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Reid holds the designation of Independent Corporate Director (ICD.D) received in 2023 from the Institute of Corporate Directors via The Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.

RON KOPAS
Director

Mr. Kopas has been a Founder, Director and Investor in many businesses internationally over his career. He has extensive experience growing businesses through building teams, adding capital with strong partners and ensuring robust corporate governance to position businesses for further expansion.

He has extensive experience growing businesses through building teams, adding capital (significant investors in his businesses have included Goldman Sachs and Fidelity) with strong partners and ensuring robust corporate governance to position businesses for further expansion.

Mr. Kopas most recently founded KSP Renewables Limited, where he developed a £350 million, 30MWe, 260,000 tonne/annum Energy Recovery Centre in Corby, England and successfully sold this in late 2022 to Covanta Europe (owned by EQT Infrastructure).

Mr. Kopas has considerable private equity and capital markets experience in both North America and Europe, particularly in the energy and resource sectors.

Formerly Corporate Financier at UBS Warburg (London) and KC Capital. Mr. Kopas has a BA from Dalhousie, Nova Scotia, Canada and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
